    Hi Tom –
    Darn! I will be in Manitoba that entire week. However I have my copy on pre-order and am expecting it any day!
    I hope the launch is fun and well-attended.

    That’s too bad. And I hope so too.
    I understand it may be a couple of weeks before copies make it to shelves (virtual or otherwise).
